📋 Description

• Develop and direct the global pharmaceutical partnership strategy, initially concentrating on FAPI and the Alzheimer’s disease portfolio.

• Identify and secure opportunities to integrate GE HealthCare diagnostics within pharmaceutical pipelines and clinical programs.

• Propel early design-in of assets to optimize CDx adoption and subsequent commercial success.

• Convert partnership insights into portfolio priorities and stage-gate investment decisions.

• Collaborate with CMC, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and R&D to enhance partnership capabilities.

• Design partnership structures, financial frameworks, milestones, and governance mechanisms.

• Ensure alignment of contractual commitments with operational delivery across various functions.

• Define and monitor partnership KPIs and value realization metrics.

• Supervise co-development, supply, and commercialization deliverables.

• Act as the primary alliance manager with comprehensive accountability for strategic pharmaceutical partnerships.

• Manage relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.

• Establish and lead Joint Steering Committees and executive governance forums.

• Facilitate escalation pathways, decision rights, and operational cadence.

• Coordinate Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Supply, and Commercial teams.

• Align development strategies to support CDx labeling and streamline clinical and regulatory pathways.

• Oversee global commercial strategy and launch readiness in partnership with pharmaceutical allies.

• Integrate strategy, messaging, and execution across diverse teams.

• Manage clinical, regulatory, operational, and commercial risks effectively.

• Create partnership feedback mechanisms for future deal-making and asset strategy.

• Drive data-informed stage-gate decisions.

• Strengthen GE HealthCare’s reputation as the preferred partner for pharmaceuticals.

• Cultivate relationships across pharmaceutical development, business development, and product leadership teams.

• Broaden partnership opportunities across key assets and disease domains.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, business development, or alliance management.

• Proven track record structuring and executing intricate collaborations throughout development and commercialization.

• Expertise in shaping partnership strategy and translating it into deal structures, operational plans, and measurable results.

• Experience in engaging pharmaceutical partners, business development leaders, and scientific stakeholders.

• Demonstrated history of managing strategic partnerships comprehensively, including governance, Joint Steering Committees, and engagement with executive stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of drug and diagnostic development processes.

• Familiarity with supporting or enabling CDx strategies, clinical development initiatives, and regulatory pathways.

• Capacity to operate within complex, cross-functional global environments and influence without direct authority across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.

• Experience working across global markets, with awareness of regional variations in clinical development, regulatory, and market access pathways.

• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and foster alignment across organizations in high-stakes partnerships.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
