Global Security Services Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of the annual operating plan, budget formulation, forecasting, and long-term financial and resource strategizing.

• Recognize organizational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process deficiencies; devise and implement solutions to enhance speed, quality, and execution.

• Propel the development, simplification, and continuous enhancement of security policies, processes, and operating procedures.

• Establish and advance security education and training strategies, programs, and workforce competencies.

• Align priorities across various security disciplines to minimize redundancy, enhance collaboration, and facilitate enterprise-wide solutions.

• Create metrics, reporting, governance, and management systems to assess progress, identify risks, and foster accountability.

• Partner with different security disciplines to ensure resource alignment with security and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 10 years of experience.

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

• Proficient with Microsoft Products.

• A valid and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is mandatory prior to the start date.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• An active and current DoD Top Secret security clearance is necessary on the first day.

• CORE Professional or CORE Expert Certification is preferred.

• Experience in managing workforce development initiatives, including education, training, and talent development programs is preferred.

• Knowledge of financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and long-term planning is preferred.

• Familiarity with metrics development and reporting systems is preferred.

• Background in policy formulation and process enhancement within security organizations is preferred.
