Global Security Services Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of the annual operating plan, budget formulation, forecasting, and long-term financial and resource strategies.

• Detect organizational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in processes.

• Create and execute solutions aimed at enhancing speed, quality, and operational execution.

• Propel the development, simplification, and ongoing enhancement of security policies, processes, and operational procedures.

• Establish and advance security education and training strategies, programs, and workforce competencies.

• Align priorities across various security domains to minimize redundancy and enhance collaboration.

• Formulate metrics, reporting, governance, and management frameworks to assess progress, pinpoint risks, and foster accountability.

• Promote operational excellence and synchronize resources with security and organizational goals.

• Work collaboratively across security domains to recognize operational gaps and implement strategic priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before the start date.

• A current DoD Top Secret security clearance is needed from day one.

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Products.

• CORE Professional or CORE Expert Certification is preferred.

• Experience in managing workforce development initiatives, such as education, training, and talent development programs, is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial management, including budget creation, forecasting, and long-range planning, is preferred.

• Understanding of metrics development and reporting frameworks is preferred.

• Experience in policy formulation and process enhancement within security organizations is preferred.
