• Lead the global strategy for evidence generation.

• Take ownership of the portfolio's scientific narrative.

• Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to pinpoint evidence gaps among clinical, R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams.

• Establish priorities for evidence generation.

• Foster scientific engagement and education initiatives.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, potentially up to 35%.

⛳️ Requirements

• RDH, DDS, DMD, BDS (or equivalent qualifications).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the dental industry, encompassing clinical dentistry, scientific affairs, clinical research, evidence generation, professional education, product development, or medical device commercialization.

• MS, PhD, or a related advanced degree in dental or scientific fields from an accredited institution (additional qualifications preferred).

• Proven ability to interpret clinical, scientific, or technical information and convert it into clear recommendations, educational materials, claims support, or portfolio decision support.

• 2-3 years of experience in engaging with clinicians, customers, investigators, academic advisors, KOLs, or professional education partners in scientific, clinical, educational, or advisory roles.

• 2-3 years of experience in comprehending research objectives, materials, methods, endpoints, and outcomes in both clinical and non-clinical research environments.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
