📋 Description

• Execute independent research on the global candidate landscape.

• Identify candidates through cold outreach and creative strategies.

• Foster and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey from application to onboarding.

• Elevate MGID’s global employer brand.

• Test new methods for candidate sourcing and engagement.

• Enhance recruitment processes, tools, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

• Offer ideas and initiatives to advance recruitment strategies and team collaboration.

• Aid in MGID’s growth, diversity, and development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• A genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

• Proven experience in independently sourcing candidates via cold searches.

• Capability to research candidate markets and discover hidden talent.

• Proficient in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Structured and analytical mindset, utilizing data and analytics effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Openness to experimenting with new talent sourcing and engagement techniques.
