This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead international Phase II and III respiratory clinical trials within a CRO or sponsor context.
• Oversee intricate, multi-country clinical studies, managing timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and relationships with sponsors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Guide cross-functional global teams.
• Operationally manage complex respiratory endpoint vendors.
• Implement ICH-GCP, clinical operations, study initiation, enrollment management, and vendor oversight practices.
• Contribute to bid defenses, proposal strategies, and client governance.
• Lead or mentor Project Managers and junior team members.
• Support decentralized, digital, or innovative trial delivery models.
• Drive strategic problem-solving and proactive risk management efforts.
• Navigate through complexity and change effectively.
• Provide support for respiratory portfolios of major pharmaceutical sponsors.
• Manage global studies involving numerous sites across multiple regions.
• Execute study rescue, accelerated start-up, or enrollment recovery initiatives.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, medical, regulatory, and vendor partners.
• Proven experience as a Respiratory Project Manager or Senior Project Manager based in the EU.
• Strong expertise in respiratory therapeutics, particularly in areas such as asthma, COPD, ILD, severe respiratory diseases, pulmonary fibrosis, or similar indications.
• Experience leading global Phase II and III studies within a CRO or sponsor environment.
• Ability to manage intricate, multi-country clinical trials, overseeing timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and sponsor relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, study initiation, enrollment management, and vendor oversight.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients and leading cross-functional global teams.
• Capability to operate independently and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Proven experience in operational oversight of complex respiratory endpoint vendors.
• University or college degree (preferably in life sciences) or certification in an allied health profession from an accredited institution.
• Relevant and equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements.
• Preferred: Broad respiratory expertise, including rare respiratory conditions (IPF) and specialized respiratory populations.
• Preferred: Experience with large global programs characterized by accelerated timelines and high enrollment demands.
• Preferred: Knowledge of RBQM and risk-based delivery methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience in bid defense, proposal strategy, and client governance.
• Preferred: Previous leadership or mentoring roles for Project Managers and junior team members.
• Preferred: Familiarity with decentralized, digital, or innovative trial delivery models.
• Strong presence in sponsor-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated strategic problem-solving and proactive risk management skills.
• Ability to lead effectively through complexity and change.
• Possess commercial awareness and a growth mindset.
• Exhibit a collaborative leadership approach.
• Experience with respiratory portfolios for major pharmaceutical sponsors.

• Preferred: Master’s degree or other advanced qualifications.
