Global Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for the utilization of internal AI and automation technologies

• Engage in domestic travel (up to 25%) for meetings

• Build and sustain intricate relationships with stakeholders

• Define or conduct in-depth analyses of project scopes and impacts

• Create detailed project plans and monitor their progress

• Provide accurate updates on project advancements

• Recognize and address emerging risks and challenges

• Ensure impeccable, audit-ready project documentation

• Methodically conclude projects to facilitate revenue recognition

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of focused Project Management experience

• Proven background in utilizing AI-driven tools

• Established experience operating within structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)

• Documented achievements in delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Proven capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Outstanding written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills

• High proficiency with contemporary project management tools and collaboration platforms
