Global Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist Professional Services and Delivery teams.

• Cultivate customer relationships.

• Define billable project scopes.

• Create clear and impactful statements of work.

• Oversee the execution of a varied project portfolio.

• Manage structured and complex enterprise software deployments, such as Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Finance.

• Promote higher-velocity and smaller application rollouts.

• Advocate for internal AI and automation tools to enhance project tracking and expedite project documentation and status reports.

• Travel domestically up to 25% to facilitate kick-off meetings, conduct steering committee reviews, and establish connections with enterprise clients and distributed teams.

• Handle relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border clients.

• Outline and assess project scopes, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and identify dependencies.

• Monitor concurrent workstreams and deadlines.

• Provide documented updates on project progress to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients.

• Identify, track, resolve, and escalate risks and localized issues.

• Utilize project management systems, tools, and methodologies while ensuring audit-ready documentation.

• Conclude projects to facilitate revenue recognition and review global lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, some experience in Project Management and IT/software and SaaS deployments; transferable skills are appreciated.

• Proven experience with AI-powered tools, including project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics.

• Demonstrated experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).

• Documented success in delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule, achieving or surpassing project revenue targets.

• Capability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and intricate project details without compromising quality.

• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong cultural awareness for effective global communication.

• Experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trust with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams.

• High proficiency with contemporary project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Office, G-Suite).
