Global Professional Services Partner Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and oversee the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP)

• Position RPSP as a benchmark for partner excellence on a global scale

• Foster and uphold program participation standards for service delivery and technical expertise

• Collaborate closely with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and the Services Engineering Manager

• Create and expand tailored partner tracks involving GSI, MSP, and SI partners

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and strategic growth of the RPSP lifecycle

• Report directly to the Vice President of Global Professional Services

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in the development and management of Professional Services partner programs

• Extensive experience engaging with executives

• Proven capability to influence senior stakeholders and propel strategic program initiatives

• Demonstrated success in constructing and overseeing partner enablement systems for a Global Professional Services organization

• Broad experience collaborating across diverse global teams and operational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI settings

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience is also accepted

• In-depth understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global service environment
