This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +5 more countries.
β’ Take full ownership of the EOR product from inception to execution, covering global scope, standards, commercial models, operating frameworks, service delivery, and economic aspects.
β’ Act as the primary product and delivery representative for EOR when engaging with clients, prospects, and strategic partnerships.
β’ Collaborate with Revenue and Sales teams to assess opportunities, design solutions, support pricing strategies, and enhance key account relationships.
β’ Propel product growth through effective market positioning, customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
β’ Establish pricing structures, service tiers, packaging options, premium offerings, and commercial guidelines.
β’ Direct the global EOR product strategy, service catalog, delivery frameworks, operating models, and product roadmap.
β’ Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, client requirements, and regulatory changes.
β’ Set global execution benchmarks, SLAs, quality metrics, and client experience standards.
β’ Ensure uniformity across onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.
β’ Promote standardization, automation, process optimization, and ongoing improvements.
β’ Manage critical delivery challenges and intricate client escalations.
β’ Oversee product-level cost-to-serve, commercial performance metrics, productivity, profit margins, and economic viability.
β’ Lead Regional Product Owners, the Global Process Manager, Operations leaders, and Outsourcing Control teams.
β’ Mentor and foster growth in global product, commercial, and operational leadership teams.
β’ Establish a global compliance framework covering employment, payroll, tax, labor laws, and worker classifications.
β’ Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to address regulatory, operational, and commercial risks.
β’ Maintain governance structures, compliance monitoring, audit preparedness, and management of regulatory changes.
β’ Report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer and drive KPIs such as revenue growth, retention, margin performance, onboarding quality, SLA compliance, client satisfaction, productivity, and scalability.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Law, International Business, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in Employer of Record (EOR), Global Employment, HR Outsourcing, Workforce Solutions, Payroll Services, or Global Business Services.
β’ A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a global product, service line, operational function, or business unit with full accountability.
β’ Proven history of driving growth through revenue generation, market expansion, client retention, and account development.
β’ Experience managing a service-line P&L, including responsibility for cost-to-serve, margin optimization, pricing strategies, and productivity metrics.
β’ In-depth knowledge of global employment practices, labor regulations, payroll delivery models, worker classification, and workforce compliance needs.
β’ Strong client-facing skills coupled with commercial acumen and business development expertise.
β’ Experience in leading senior product, operational, and delivery teams across diverse regions and cultures.
β’ Capability to balance commercial goals, operational excellence, compliance mandates, and customer experience.
β’ Preferred: previous experience as a Product Owner, Service Line Leader, General Manager, or Head of EOR.
β’ Preferred: background in leading global EOR transformations, operating model redesigns, or large-scale growth initiatives.
β’ Preferred: experience in developing and scaling international employment solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
β’ Preferred: solid understanding of HR technology, workforce management platforms, and digital service delivery models.
β’ Preferred: experience with post-acquisition integration, globalization, or operational transformation projects.
β’ Preferred: professional certifications in HR, Payroll, Employment Law, or Business Management.
