Global Product Manager – Emerging Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for the portfolio of emerging applications.

• Identify customer challenges and evaluate market opportunities.

• Convert initial market insights into product ideas, pilot initiatives, and market entry strategies.

• Transform customer requirements into product ideas, workflow specifications, and business justification.

• Work collaboratively with R&D, commercial teams, operations, marketing, and external collaborators.

• Leverage expertise in product management, product marketing, business development, strategy, or technical commercialization within life science offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in biologics discovery, antibody/protein workflows, life science tools, CRO/CDMO services, or technology-enabled research platforms.

• Knowledge of biologics discovery, antibody discovery, protein workflows, or the research service industry.

• Strong product intuition and capability in customer discovery.

• Capacity to thrive in uncertain, rapidly evolving, and early-stage business environments.

• Proficiency in translating customer requirements into product ideas, workflow specifications, and business justifications.

• Skill in collaborating with R&D, commercial teams, operations, marketing, and external partners.

• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence across functions.

• Preferably experienced in AIDD, high-throughput screening, workflow automation, assay workflows, or data-driven discovery.

• Background in product management, product marketing, business development, strategy, or technical commercialization in life science tools, biologics discovery, CRO/CDMO, or biotech services.

• Experience with antibody discovery, protein engineering, high-throughput workflows, laboratory automation, assay development, or applications related to AIDD.

• Experience collaborating with pharmaceutical, biotech, or technology-oriented life science clients.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
