Global Product Line Manager – Modular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Inspire and lead a diverse team while promoting collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Champion succession planning and career development programs.

• Manage the product line's P&L, financial objectives, profitability, margins, and return on sales.

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive product line strategy that aligns with business goals.

• Spearhead mergers and acquisitions efforts, including due diligence and integration strategies.

• Expand the modular datacenter infrastructure product portfolio and achieve market share leadership.

• Conduct thorough research and development focused on achieving product market leadership.

• Position the company as a recognized subject matter expert within the market.

• Collaborate across Flex business units to establish the company as a leader in the modular datacenter infrastructure sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and training.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of management experience is required.

• Experience with electrical products is necessary.

• Demonstrated success in P&L management and strategic planning.

• Strong grasp of market dynamics, M&A processes, and industry standards (NEMA/IEC).

• Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies is advantageous.

• Direct leadership experience along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the hyperscale and colocation markets is preferred.
