Global Pricing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of listing-based pricing across various markets

• Analyze performance, recommend solutions, coordinate with local and global teams, and introduce pricing to new regions with defined objectives and a weekly schedule

• Develop the pricing strategy for the upcoming year

• Take responsibility for the segment’s ARPU targets

• Implement pricing strategies that involve maintaining discount protocols, adjusting package mixes, and executing market-specific price resets

• Examine pricing irregularities

• Recognize and promote pricing opportunities within the marketplace

• Provide pricing suggestions to GTM leadership and translate decisions into actionable rollout plans

• Foster alignment among sales, local commercial, and global teams regarding pricing strategies

• Create data-driven optimization hypotheses

• Design and conduct behavioral experiments prior to scaling pricing initiatives

• Revise and monitor budget assumptions based on market insights

• Keep internal systems updated with country-specific price lists

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in pricing, preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments

• Hands-on experience collaborating with GTM or sales leadership on pricing strategies

• A data-centric mindset, supporting conclusions with quantitative evidence

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and determine when to conduct tests

• Skill in simplifying complex numerical data for clear communication

• Proficient in SQL to independently extract data

• Strong expertise in Google Sheets

• Professional proficiency in English, at least B2 level, adept in both meetings and written communication

• A degree in economics, mathematics, business, or a related field

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence or the job location

• Proficiency in SQL is essential for success in this role
