Global Post Development Manager

📋 Description

• Define the global vision and direction for post-development initiatives.

• Drive the international strategy for CNC post development, validation, and support.

• Establish technical standards ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability.

• Guide teams working on multi-axis, mill-turn, Swiss-type, and intricate machine kinematics.

• Serve as the executive escalation point for significant technical challenges.

• Investigate AI-driven development and automation technologies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop technically proficient teams across the globe.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, and a focus on customer needs.

• Attract, nurture, and retain top technical talent.

• Evaluate organizational capabilities, structure, and future workforce requirements.

• Unite teams across different regions, cultures, and time zones.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and regional leadership.

• Translate market opportunities and customer requirements into scalable technical capabilities.

• Enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance through KPIs and continuous improvement.

• Align Post Development with the trajectory of future business growth and technological advancements.

• Travel internationally up to 30% to support initiatives, customer demands, and collaboration efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams in a global context.

• In-depth expertise in CNC machining, CNC programming, G-code, and post-processing technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of modern manufacturing processes and machine behavior.

• Established track record of driving operational excellence, organizational development, and technical quality.

• Capability to influence and collaborate effectively across various functions and geographies.

• Experience utilizing modern technologies, including AI-enabled tools, digital workflows, and software-driven manufacturing ecosystems.

• GibbsCAM experience is preferred.

• Previous experience as a CAM Application Engineer is preferred.

• Background in working with OEMs, manufacturing customers, or reseller networks is preferred.

• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives is preferred.
