This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Oversee the Business Intelligence and Analytics division, including client reporting, account technology, and performance support programs.
• Transform client business goals into information management and business intelligence strategies tailored for each service line.
• Build capabilities in data management, interpretation, predictive modeling, and simulation within the account team.
• Manage contract KPI and reporting obligations while addressing client expectations.
• Foster the exchange of best practices between JLL, the account, and the industry.
• Create and advocate for innovative data visualization techniques.
• Lead the relationship between the account and JLLT.
• Ensure compliance with information security for JLL technology, account, and platform implementations.
• Serve as Program Manager for technology-related projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for savings, improvements, and innovative solutions to problems.
• Provide consistent reporting and updates to clients and team members.
• Conduct performance reviews with clients at functional, leadership, and executive levels.
• Highlight the value and success of delivered work to clients.
• Engage in strategic planning at both service-line and account levels.
• Design, implement, and oversee regional and global KPI and SLA administration programs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and JLL colleagues to enhance KPI structures.
• Manage and mentor team members while assisting in recruiting, attracting, and retaining talent.
• Interface with senior management, vendors, and JLL personnel across a global client real estate organization.
• Participate in quality-control initiatives and procedures.
• Own and support JLL's internal reporting deliverables and systems, such as Nexus.
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (both verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify potential issues proactively and develop solutions and contingency plans.
• Experience in Process Management or demonstrated competencies.
• Results-oriented – the capability to analyze, act, and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Robust leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
• Experience in client relationship management with credibility among senior executive-level client personnel.
• Ability to build teams with geographically dispersed stakeholders and collaborators.
• Flexibility to comprehend regional, cultural, and contextual differences.
• Proficient in extrapolating and visualizing data to generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Sharepoint, PowerPivot, PowerView).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Corrigo.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Six Sigma black belt certification is a plus.
• An MBA or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience working with global organizations.
• Managing processes across multiple global regions.
• Proficiency in MiniTab, Sigma Excel, JMP, Access, SAS, and other statistical tools, as well as SQL and query skills is a plus.
• IFMA Certified Facility Manager or similar certification.
