This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee a responsive and high-quality initial line of People support, ensuring clear service levels, effective case management, and risk-based escalation.
• Develop team capabilities to handle standard Employee Relations issues.
• Take ownership of and continually enhance employee lifecycle processes, the People knowledge hub, policies, and guidance.
• Establish clear ownership, transitions, and escalation pathways while maintaining a balance between global consistency and local needs.
• Manage HRIS and ensure operational performance, accuracy, controls, and governance of People data.
• Collaborate with People Technology on workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Create ticketing, knowledge, and self-service solutions.
• Redesign tasks prior to automation and introduce AI-driven workflows where they provide value.
• Define and execute the People Operations roadmap, transforming the function towards problem-solving, enhancing employee experience, and operational consulting.
• Leverage service insights to uncover root causes and wider organizational opportunities.
• Direct the operational management of Cint’s global benefits portfolio, covering implementation, governance, vendor management, and employee experience.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global People Operations and Employee Relations team.
• Manage a hybrid workforce of people and AI agents, defining clear roles, workflows, and responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in leading global People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Experience, or a related area, including the development of global teams.
• Strong operational expertise in employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies, and the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record in transforming operations, streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and implementing workflow, self-service, automation, or AI-powered solutions.
• Experience in establishing effective case management, ticketing, or tiered support frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to integrate technology, processes, policies, roles, and employee experiences.
• An inquisitive mindset towards AI and emerging technologies, combined with a practical approach.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR workflows, platforms like HiBob, global Shared Services transformation, employee self-service initiatives, or knowledge management, particularly in a fast-paced international technology environment, would be advantageous.
