This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Oversee a responsive, high-quality first line of People support, ensuring defined service levels, effective case management, and risk-based escalation.
• Enhance team capabilities to consistently address standard Employee Relations issues.
• Take ownership of and continuously refine employee lifecycle processes, the People knowledge hub, policies, and guidance.
• Establish clear ownership, handoffs, and escalation paths while maintaining a balance between global consistency and local needs.
• Manage the operational performance of the HRIS and People data, focusing on accuracy, controls, and governance.
• Collaborate with People Technology to improve workflows, integrations, and systems.
• Develop ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and self-service experiences.
• Redesign processes prior to automation and implement AI-enabled workflows where beneficial.
• Evaluate experience, quality, speed, scalability, and capacity impacts.
• Define and execute the People Operations roadmap, transitioning from transactional tasks to problem-solving, enhancing employee experience, and providing operational consulting.
• Utilize service insights to uncover root causes and organizational opportunities.
• Manage the operational aspects of Cint’s global benefits portfolio, including implementation, governance, vendor management, and employee experience.
• Mentor and develop a global People Operations and Employee Relations team.
• Lead a mixed workforce of individuals and AI agents, ensuring clear roles, workflows, and accountability.
• Extensive experience in leading global People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Experience, or similar functions, including the development of global teams.
• Strong operational expertise in employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies, and the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record in transforming operations, streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and implementing workflows, self-service, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in establishing effective case management, ticketing, or tiered support models.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to integrate technology, processes, policies, roles, and employee experiences.
• An inquisitive mindset towards AI and emerging technologies, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR workflows, HiBob or similar platforms, global Shared Services transformation, employee self-service or knowledge management, and/or experience in a fast-paced international technology environment would be advantageous.
• Management of a global benefits portfolio.
• Provision of Employee support and Employee Relations services.
• Implementation of employee self-service, knowledge management, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
