This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more states.
• Identify, assess, and onboard strategic partners throughout Europe.
• Conduct evaluations of commercial and operational partners.
• Develop and sustain a scalable partner network in Europe.
• Track partner performance in relation to SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform regular business reviews focused on service quality, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective action plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and partner agreements.
• Oversee contract renewals, modifications, and commercial negotiations.
• Discover opportunities for cost optimization and enhanced commercial outcomes.
• Ensure partners adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and contractual commitments.
• Monitor operational, financial, and compliance-related risks.
• Assist in business continuity planning across European markets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related challenges in the region.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive performance related to SLAs, quality, commercial savings, partner engagement, compliance, governance, risk management, onboarding, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Procurement, Outsourcing, or Third-Party Governance.
• Proven track record in negotiating commercial agreements and managing vendor contracts.
• Strong understanding of SLA development, performance management, and supplier governance.
• Experience managing partnerships across various European countries.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred: experience in Professional Services, Global Business Services, Payroll, HR Services, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
• Preferred: knowledge of vendor governance frameworks and third-party risk management.
• Preferred: experience working in multinational or global corporations.
• Preferred: experience supporting international business expansion and outsourced service delivery.
