
Global Neurology Radiopharma Product Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and drive the global product strategy for neurology radiopharmaceutical assets, with a focus on Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
• Create target product profiles based on unmet clinical needs, insights from customers, and market demands.
• Formulate indication strategies and prioritize opportunities by considering patient needs, scientific rationale, commercial viability, and competitive landscape.
• Determine portfolio priorities and develop business cases to guide investment decisions, development sequencing, and long-term value enhancement.
• Lead Integrated Evidence Generation Plans for pivotal assets.
• Ensure alignment of evidence generation with regulatory, reimbursement, and market acceptance goals.
• Articulate value narratives for pipeline and in-line assets.
• Manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies across key markets.
• Identify opportunities for label expansion, new indications, and lifecycle optimization.
• Assist in portfolio decision-making by evaluating trade-offs across indications, regions, and development pathways.
• Keep track of global market trends, competitive activities, developments in clinical practices, and unmet needs.
• Create business cases for geographic expansion beyond the U.S.
• Assess market maturity and health system readiness for potential expansion opportunities.
• Align clinical trial designs, endpoints, and evidence plans with product strategies and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams.
• Facilitate the integration of PET imaging into neurology care pathways and broader clinical practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic experts, and external stakeholders.
• Utilize external networks and scientific engagement to shape strategy and promote the adoption of molecular imaging solutions.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related discipline (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD).
• Extensive experience in product leadership, including milestone-driven product development, launch preparedness, and lifecycle management.
• Profound expertise in neurology, radiopharmaceuticals, and molecular imaging.
• Strong understanding of PET and SPECT technologies.
• Proven ability to shape product and indication strategies within complex, cross-functional global environments.
• Established connections within the neurology and neuroimaging communities, particularly in the fields of Alzheimer’s disease and related PET imaging sectors.
• Experience engaging with global markets and influencing diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in launching diagnostic or imaging products in the U.S.; experience focused on neurology is highly preferred.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Willingness to successfully complete a drug screening, where applicable.
