Global Lead, Red Teaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead adversary emulation, red/purple team operations, and offensive validation efforts.

• Develop and enhance the offensive-validation strategy.

• Oversee the safe execution of campaign planning, rules of engagement, legal and safety governance, reporting, and remediation validation.

• Collaborate independently with detection-engineering, threat-intelligence, IAM, cloud, and application teams.

• Create adversary-emulation campaigns and establish rules of engagement aligned with MITRE ATT&CK/ATLAS and business objectives.

• Engineer and develop offensive capabilities, including tradecraft, tooling, command and control (C2) setup, and automation.

• Design the purple-team model and the detection-validation feedback loop in collaboration with detection engineering.

• Establish a sustainability and governance model, which includes safe operations standards, legal/safety coordination, evidence handling, and remediation-validation cadence.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Exposure Management (CTEM) within Danaher Information Security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (7-9 years preferred) in offensive security or red team operations, including leading engagements.

• Proven track record in planning and executing adversary emulation and red/purple team operations in accordance with MITRE ATT&CK, including establishing rules of engagement and ensuring safe operations.

• Hands-on experience with exploitation and attack paths in Windows/Active Directory, identity, cloud, and application environments.

• Proficiency in command-and-control and offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic, BloodHound, or Burp Suite.

• Experience in translating offensive findings into prioritized control and detection enhancements.

• Proven ability to coordinate global engagements across legal and works-council contexts.

• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.

• Experience in cloud, OT, or AI red teaming is a plus.

• Offensive certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, OSCE3, GXPN, or equivalent are preferred.
