Global Lead, Recruitment, Selection, Matriculation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Teach For All network partner organizations worldwide, particularly in the APAC region, are investing in their core Theory of Change by recruiting a diverse and promising pool of future leaders into their cohorts at scale.

• Advance global RSM priorities by serving as a trusted thought partner to Heads of RSM, CEOs, and senior leadership team members within the network on various topics, including building conviction around university recruitment, nurturing top talent through the selection process, communicating effectively with GenZ and Gen Alpha, and more.

• Analyze and assess global needs using both quantitative and qualitative evidence, while collaboratively developing global priorities and strategies for content, learning experiences, resources, and tools focused on areas such as recruitment, scaling impact, messaging, social media strategy, leadership development, and strategic clarity.

• Provide direct coaching and consulting to network partner staff in APAC and globally, in both individual and group settings, to enhance RSM practices that are aligned with network insights and best practices, as well as culturally rooted and responsive.

• Operate with a strong sense of intercultural awareness, cross-cultural competency, and a commitment to equity, continuously learning and growing in these areas.

• Design and facilitate virtual workshops, in-person conferences, and peer-to-peer learning excursions for Heads of RSM and other key staff at partner organizations to foster connections, explore insights, exchange best practices, and address the most pressing challenges.

• Enhance and solidify core recruiter skills on foundational topics such as delivering effective facilitation of virtual environments and presentations, as well as motivating candidates through storytelling.

• Create and compile resources, tools, and best practices to equip partner organizations with actionable knowledge development and insights by leveraging one-on-one coaching conversations, community engagements, and learning experiences to identify trends and distill global RSM and messaging insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading an RSM team and/or serving as a senior member of an RSM team within the Teach For All network is highly preferred.

• Adequate English-language proficiency to lead group calls in English, provide one-on-one coaching and consulting in RSM, and develop written knowledge products in English. Fluency in other languages commonly used in the APAC region is valued but not mandatory.

• Experience in designing and facilitating both in-person and virtual adult learning environments.

• Strong coaching and consulting abilities.

• A thorough understanding of the APAC context and the skills to work effectively across cultures in this region.

• Experience collaborating closely with GenZ.
