This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage strategic key accounts across multiple regions, with portfolios exceeding €50M.
• Develop multi-year partnership roadmaps aimed at achieving profitable growth and fostering innovation.
• Lead negotiations involving complex terms and high stakes.
• Enhance pricing strategies and margins at the portfolio level.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various functions and regions to fulfill customer commitments.
• Establish trust at the board level and implement disciplined governance practices.
• Address complaints, quality concerns, and operational inefficiencies.
• Implement pricing governance, legal/risk frameworks, and uphold quality and sustainability standards.
• Tailor solutions to meet specific customer requirements and adapt to market changes.
• Manage intricate long-term contractual agreements that influence profitability.
• Promote customer retention, revenue and margin expansion, timely roadmap delivery, and talent management.
• Supervise AM/KAM teams and a portfolio worth over $100M.
• Impact customer satisfaction, ensure on-time delivery, enhance forecast accuracy, and meet roadmap KPIs and customer quality metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across multiple plants and sites.
• Navigate customer customization and the complexities of global accounts.
• MBA or a Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in key account management or strategic commercial roles, preferably with a strong technical foundation in the packaging sector.
• Proven success in managing multi-region or global strategic accounts that have a significant revenue impact (portfolios over €50M).
• Proficient in negotiations, pricing governance, and managing long-term contractual frameworks.
• Leadership experience is essential.
• Knowledge of packaging solutions, sustainability needs, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
• Experience working in matrix organizations across different regions.
• Skilled in the use of CRM tools.
• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement; Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging products and solutions, multi-region roadmap governance, account management tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong skills in relationship management, matrix leadership, negotiation, and influence.
• High level of expertise in continuous improvement and project management.
