This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain essential technical training courses focused on medical devices, MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP.

• Transform raw training materials into e-learning modules and engage with Subject Matter Experts to achieve desired learning outcomes.

• Provide ongoing administrative assistance, including managing training certificates, enrollments, training record uploads into CAPCAP, and collaborating with CV reviewers.

• Assist in peer reviews and evaluate assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews.

• Organize CPD, webinars, workshops, team calibration sessions, and peer-review training activities.

• Monitor the progress and qualification status of new trainees.

• Keep up-to-date with medical-device regulations to ensure training materials and delivery methods are compliant.

• Experience in the medical devices sector, particularly within the IVD/MD industry.

• Demonstrated experience in progressively training technical skills, ideally in multinational organizations utilizing online and in-person methodologies.

• Ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, or research-related fields.

• Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence.
