This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee the global implementation of Coupa from the planning phase to go-live, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
• Manage the project's scope, timeline, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Facilitate global design workshops to create standardized processes while accommodating necessary local variations.
• Coordinate the rollout of Coupa modules, including procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management, invoicing, contract management, expenses, and analytics.
• Lead the planning for integrations with ERP, finance, HRIS, identity/access, payment, tax, and supplier systems.
• Oversee data preparedness, supplier onboarding, approval workflows, user roles, testing, cutover, and readiness for deployment.
• Establish project governance, which includes workstream meetings, updates for the steering committee, decision logs, and plans for risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with local and global teams on change management, communications, training, and enhancing user adoption.
• Monitor post-launch user adoption, process compliance, supplier enablement, and realization of benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least 7 years of experience in project or program management, specifically leading enterprise system implementations.
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle global Coupa implementation across multiple countries or regions.
• In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing, supplier management, accounts payable, and finance controls.
• Experience in managing integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams that are geographically dispersed, along with external partners.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial sectors, or multi-site environments is preferred.
• Relevant documentation may be necessary to evaluate U.S. export-control licensing requirements.
