📋 Description

• Take charge of the ongoing 6-month refresh cycle for all country pages within Globalpedia, ensuring that no guide becomes outdated.

• Conduct research and update highly specific country information, including local labor regulations, termination policies, mandatory statutory benefits, and tax brackets.

• Organize content to enhance visibility in AI-driven search engines. This includes implementing clear schema patterns, answering direct intent queries succinctly, and creating high-information-density text that AI crawlers prioritize.

• Stay informed about shifts in global employment law, promptly updating pages when significant legal changes occur.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, particularly in managing extensive knowledge bases, technical documentation, or global enterprise content.

• Profound understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, semantic search, NLP (Natural Language Processing) friendly formatting, and traditional SEO.

• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You are an individual who notices the differences between a statutory requirement and a common local market practice.

• Previous experience in Global HR, international employment law, Professional Employer Organization (PEO), or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors is strongly preferred.
