Global HR Business Partner – CRO, Life Science Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global business leaders by translating business objectives into HR strategies.

• Lead the analysis of capability gaps, succession planning, and talent strategy across an international workforce.

• Develop and implement global performance frameworks.

• Drive strategies for retention and development of pharmacovigilance and safety talent.

• Monitor team sentiment on a global scale and execute engagement initiatives.

• Provide guidance to teams during restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and transformation processes.

• Support compensation and reward decisions with insights derived from data analysis.

• Generate HR reports and ensure compliance with global policies across various markets.

• Collaborate with senior leadership in pharmacovigilance across different regions.

• Assist in building teams, fostering culture, and enhancing capabilities for global drug safety monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries.

• Required experience in CRO or pharmaceutical settings.

• Preferred experience in pharmacovigilance.

• A degree or HR qualification at a minimum of BA/BSc level.

• Ability to operate comfortably across different time zones, cultures, and regional nuances.

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, engagement, and change management.

• A data-driven and commercially-focused mindset.

• Experience managing organizational change and navigating complex structures.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Capability to support global, matrixed, multi-country environments.
