📋 Description

• Take charge of positioning, demand creation, content, events, and product marketing.

• Develop and expand a Sales Development Representative (SDR) strategy, encompassing territory design, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, and coordination with enterprise sales.

• Create onboarding processes, ramp-up timelines, certification programs, and competitive intelligence initiatives for the sales team.

• Manage pipeline integrity, forecasting, tools, compensation design, and revenue reporting.

• Establish Go-To-Market (GTM) architecture, including segmentation, pricing strategies, and leveraging channels and partnerships.

• Strategize on future business investments across all revenue-generating functions.

• Develop a cohesive system where marketing, sales, enablement, and operations support and enhance one another.

• Convert Yuno's technical differentiation into compelling language that appeals to both engineers and CFOs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Over 8 years of experience in GTM leadership, with direct responsibility for at least two of the following: marketing, SDR, enablement, or Revenue Operations (RevOps).

• Proven success in scaling a B2B company through a significant increase in revenue.

• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles involving technical buyers; a background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of justifying assumptions such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) payback to a board.

• Comfortable working across various regions with diverse competitive landscapes and purchasing behaviors.

• A builder's mindset and a high degree of ownership, with no reliance on an existing playbook.
