Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations

📋 Description

• Develop the global strategy, operational roadmap, and key priorities for Analytical Editorial Operations within a 150-person team.

• Collaborate with Segments, Product, GTO, Data Science, Product Operations, and commercial leaders to enhance global Analytical products.

• Spearhead the adoption and expansion of GenAI-enabled Analytical content capabilities, including the Agentic Content Platform, ACE, and GenAI-enhanced content updating.

• Revamp Analytical content workflows to boost currency, structure, discoverability, and operational efficiency while preserving editorial quality and customer trust.

• Focus on investments that elevate the quality, relevance, completeness, and trustworthiness of Protégé answer sets.

• Manage relationships with authors and experts, including recruitment and retention, while upholding editorial standards.

• Create global standards, governance frameworks, performance metrics, human-in-the-loop controls, quality assurance, content risk management, and escalation procedures.

• Utilize customer feedback, editorial outcomes, usage data, and operational metrics to foster ongoing improvement.

• Deliver strategic insights, performance reports, and recommendations to the SVP of Global Editorial Operations.

• Oversee global planning, resource allocation, budget management, cost forecasting, and investment priorities.

• Cultivate a future-ready workforce through talent development, reskilling, recruitment, change leadership, and the adoption of effective tools and processes.

• Enhance operational efficiency, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and the quality of Protégé answer sets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading a large-scale global operation, with accountability for delivery, quality, and financial results.

• Proven experience interacting with diverse, high-level P&L stakeholders.

• Background in budget management.

• Experience leading through organizational change.

• Strong orientation towards process, engineering, and systems.

• Experience managing global delivery models and vendor partnerships at scale.

• Demonstrated ability to lead AI, GenAI, automation, or other technology-driven business transformation initiatives from strategy to scalable operational execution.

• Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Data Science, commercial, and operational teams to achieve customer-facing AI or digital product outcomes.

• Proficiency in leveraging data, customer feedback, and quality metrics to enhance content, search, retrieval, or AI-generated answer experiences.

• Legal content, secondary content, publishing, or information services experience is highly preferred.

• A BA/BS + JD, MBA, or other advanced degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Commercial acumen to advocate for content investments in terms of revenue, retention, and product performance.

• Collaborative management style with the capability to lead global cross-functional, team-based, and deadline-driven strategic initiatives and delivery.

• Ability to construct empirical cases linking content quality and coverage to product and customer outcomes.

• Exceptional organizational/project planning, time management, change management, and delegation skills.

• Advanced problem-solving experience with complex issues and management decision-making.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Capacity to drive strategic projects using a rigorous, data-driven approach.

• Ability to formulate change management plans and advance business transformation initiatives.

• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data, developing and testing hypotheses, synthesizing findings, and translating recommendations into actionable results.

• Capability to motivate and inspire both direct reports and peers.

• Ability to influence others towards achieving short- and long-term goals.
