This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the global Microsoft go-to-market (GTM) operational rhythm in collaboration with the Global Director of Hyperscalers.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable execution plans for global leads, regions, and countries.
• Manage and coordinate the team of global leads by establishing priorities, structuring follow-ups, and eliminating obstacles.
• Serve as Arrow's primary point of contact, fostering daily relationships with Microsoft stakeholders.
• Advise internal teams on Microsoft priorities, messaging, escalation paths, stakeholder engagement, and responsibilities.
• Transform Microsoft vendor programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives into applicable frameworks for countries and partners.
• Link global strategy with local execution, supporting launch initiatives, follow-ups, and adoption efforts.
• Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, operations, enablement, partner programs, vendor management, and regional leadership.
• Develop repeatable GTM frameworks and playbooks.
• Monitor execution and business impact, consolidate progress, identify gaps, and prepare updates for leadership.
• Create executive summaries, business updates, stakeholder briefings, and actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement operating rhythms, stakeholder engagement models, governance frameworks, country activation playbooks, priority trackers, executive business review materials, and an internal Microsoft knowledge hub.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the operational dynamics of a value-added distributor, including partner models, channel dynamics, incentives, programs, and vendor engagement.
• Experience in managing go-to-market execution across various countries, regions, or business units.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, in a complex international organization.
• Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, workstreams, or global leads without solely relying on direct authority.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, with the aptitude to prioritize, track execution, follow up rigorously, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to translate strategic vendor priorities into practical commercial motions, frameworks, enablement assets, and execution plans.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex topics and generate clear, executive-ready updates.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and alignment across teams is essential.
