This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee global ERP operational activities for SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.
• Guarantee high levels of availability, performance, stability, security, and compliance for ERP systems.
• Facilitate monitoring, incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.
• Implement AI-driven ERP operations and AIOps capabilities.
• Establish and manage operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, GxP, SOX, and GDPR standards.
• Enhance access management, segregation of duties, and security patching practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and modernization.
• Leverage operational metrics to enhance resilience, user satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and nurture a global team comprising internal and partner resources.
• Collaborate with Solution Leads, Delivery teams, and Infrastructure teams on system lifecycle management.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience, OR a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate environments and/or consultancy firms.
• Demonstrated success in leading ERP implementation and/or operations in large-scale, global organizations.
• Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and RISE with SAP/non-SAP ecosystems.
• Strong background in managing complex system integrations and enterprise-level SAP landscapes.
• Proven experience in service delivery and vendor management through KPIs, SLAs, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Experience in implementing automation and operational optimization strategies within ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of AWS and enterprise service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ERP security/compliance frameworks in regulated settings.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities.
