This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Manage the Enterprise Laboratory Instrument Services (ELIS) program comprehensively across North America and Europe.
• Oversee a unified operating model encompassing intake, entitlement, dispatch, verification, and payment processes.
• Ensure program-level adherence to contractual performance as outlined in the master service agreement and its executed addenda.
• Facilitate program governance, steering meetings, checkpoint reviews, and executive-level client reporting.
• Direct the transition plan from implementation to post-go-live stabilization.
• Establish a global data standard that integrates four systems of record.
• Lead Regional Directors of Operations while enforcing consistent standards.
• Mediate regional disputes in accordance with the global operating model.
• Manage the global workforce position across various transfer regimes.
• Develop succession plans, bench depth, and retention strategies for regional and site leadership.
• Oversee change orders and substantial scope modifications across both regions.
• Manage program profit and loss along with global forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Global Director of Sourcing and Payments on the commercial aspects of the entitlement strategy.
• Authorize deferment and coverage decisions that carry compliance or contractual implications.
• Expand program growth through scope enlargement, third-party conversions, and onboarding of additional sites.
• Maintain senior client relationships and present at executive and quarterly business reviews.
• Align Renovo's asset management strategy with the business objectives of clients.
• Host and escort OEM and third-party engineers as necessary.
• Ensure a safe working environment during visits to client locations.
• A minimum of fifteen years in laboratory, scientific, or medical equipment service, with extensive experience in managing multi-country operations.
• Demonstrated accountability for a global or multi-region managed service program at the contractual level.
• Experience working across multiple workforce transfer regimes, including jurisdictions that require automatic transfers.
• Proven experience holding a commercial position at the contract level, including handling change orders and scope alterations.
• Background in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research setting is essential.
• Experience with substantial service transitions or contract mobilizations is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline is mandatory.
• Training in laboratory safety, GxP, and data integrity is either provided or required.
• Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment while on site.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 to 50 percent across both regions.
• Adherence to Renovo safety policies, customer site safety requirements, OSHA guidelines, and facility-specific protocols is essential.
• Completion of required safety and compliance training in a timely manner is mandatory.
