This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Develop and uphold a unified CT portfolio strategy across the GE HealthCare CT sector.
• Create a unified cross-segment CT portfolio narrative that encompasses PCCT, Ultra-Premium, Performance/Value, Care Area, and Digital/Smart Subscription offerings.
• Maintain the CT portfolio messaging architecture and ensure consistent positioning across segments.
• Collaborate with segment Directors to prioritize portfolio structure.
• Identify opportunities within the portfolio, assess cannibalization risks, and resolve sequencing conflicts; provide recommendations to the CMO.
• Ensure that portfolio marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, corporate policies, privacy standards, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee and maintain a singular CT portfolio launch calendar.
• Conduct annual and bi-annual CT marketing planning cycles and consolidate input from segments into one comprehensive portfolio plan.
• Schedule launches, campaigns, and content releases in alignment with commercial, regional, and congress calendars.
• Monitor launch readiness and escalate any delays as necessary.
• Manage CT portfolio performance metrics and prepare portfolio reviews for the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team.
• Align marketing objectives for the portfolio with lead generation and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate on attribution, funnel performance evaluation, and campaign ROI analysis.
• Coordinate the CT portfolio marketing budget with Finance, the CMO, and segment Directors.
• Monitor expenditures, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide budget and variance reports.
• Manage ASTs, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and administrative tasks related to agencies and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and shared investment.
• Coordinate CT representation at trade shows, congresses, and customer events.
• Assist in event planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and effectiveness measurement.
• Report on event effectiveness and its business impact at the portfolio level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, marketing operations, or commercial operations.
• Experience in coordinating across various product lines, segments, or business owners without direct authority.
• Proven track record in managing launch calendars, executing campaigns, and overseeing marketing program operations from start to finish.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for executive-level presentations.
• Capacity to function effectively in a matrixed, global environment across different time zones.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostic imaging, healthcare IT, or another regulated industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with CT or diagnostic imaging clinical workflows, customer segments, and purchasing centers.
• Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in supporting global marketing teams and regional commercial organizations.
