Global CS Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 analysts, managing workload, setting priorities, and ensuring agile delivery.

• Provide technical and professional coaching to analysts, holding them accountable for the quality of their work and its impact.

• Collaborate with both global and local stakeholders.

• Mentor and enhance the team's capabilities to adopt an AI-first approach.

• Create shared libraries, reusable code, and a scalable GitHub-based architecture.

• Work alongside the VPs of Individual Doctors and Clinics to comprehend business requirements and discover opportunities.

• Conduct in-depth analytical investigations to clarify performance drivers and suggest actionable strategies.

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental methodologies.

• Develop and sustain scalable data models and automation processes across 13 markets.

• Create user-friendly dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau.

• Ensure that outputs adhere to BI dashboard and data quality standards.

• Convert business requirements into actionable insights for the BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams.

• Question project scopes or timelines that do not align with business priorities.

• Offer dedicated analytical support to local markets as necessary.

• Develop and uphold an interpretation layer that translates metrics and models into actionable AI-generated insights.

• Present market performance insights to senior stakeholders in a concise, decision-ready manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in analytics.

• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role managing analysts.

• Strong SQL proficiency; experience with BigQuery is preferred.

• Knowledge of Python is advantageous.

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining automation processes and scalable data models.

• Experience in establishing or scaling AI-first methodologies for a data/analytics team, including AI-assisted querying and coding, shared prompt or code libraries, and reusable GitHub-based architecture or comparable frameworks.

• Ability to convey complex data in business terms and create clear narratives for senior non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience with Looker and/or Tableau.

• Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and A/B testing.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.

• Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Ideal candidates should be located in Madrid or Barcelona.

• Strategic and structured approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with a results-oriented focus.

• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations, with experience in developing AI-related tools or solutions.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating ownership of tasks.

• Proven track record in scoping complex issues, performing quantitative analysis, and generating insights that drive decisions.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.

• Capability to build stakeholder trust and communicate complex ideas clearly.

• Experience in technology companies, startups, or consultancy is an added advantage.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence or job location; visa sponsorship is not available.
