Global Contracting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee contract negotiations with hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and tour guides.

• Formulate and execute vendor negotiation strategies.

• Ensure that agreements adhere to company terms, conditions, and quality standards.

• Manage and nurture vendor relationships throughout contracted tour elements.

• Address vendor-related issues, including additional dates, custom requests, and operational needs.

• Meet contracting objectives that align with the company’s financial strategy and competitive edge.

• Secure inventory necessary for tour operations and business planning.

• Assist organizational departments with issues and solutions related to contracting.

• Conduct research and prepare for contracting meetings with suppliers and partners in destination.

• Collaborate with Product Management to assess excellence outcomes and implement enhancements.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to synchronize contracting initiatives with product and operational strategies.

• Investigate and utilize AI and new technologies to enhance processes, elevate content, and improve efficiency.

• 2–5 years of experience in contract negotiation.

• Proven negotiation and vendor management expertise.

• Capability to develop and implement strategic contracting plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.

• Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Familiarity with destinations and travel products.
