Global Communications Systems Engineer – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the European implementation and continuous enhancement of Videojet’s customer-facing communications technology.

• Deploy, integrate, and refine the NICE CXone contact center platform along with its CRM interfaces.

• Collaborate with service, commercial, integration, and global DTS teams.

• Work in coordination with local service and commercial teams, integration teams, and global development partners to execute contact center rollouts and provide post-launch support throughout Europe.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, considering platform limitations, user experience, costs, and business value.

• Develop, configure, and improve NICE CXone functionalities, call flows, logic-based business rules, alerts, process flows, integrations, and automation.

• Offer hands-on support for telephony and communication applications while troubleshooting technical problems.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance reliability and customer experience.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standard work, onboarding materials, and training resources for users and managers.

• Construct and maintain reports, dashboards, data-quality controls, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing, deploying, configuring, or supporting contact center platforms or software.

• Solid understanding of telephony technologies, including PSTN/POTS and VoIP/SIP.

• Experience in integrating a contact center platform with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• Proficient in gathering business requirements, creating functional or technical designs, and developing and executing tests.

• A degree or certification in IT, telecommunications, programming, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Advanced to fluent proficiency in written and spoken English for technical and business communication.

• Familiarity with NICE CXone and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Programming or application-development experience is a plus.

• Experience in supporting multi-country technology rollouts is a plus.

• Background in developing user training, reports, or dashboards is a plus.

• Proficiency in another major European language is an advantage.
