Global Change Facilitator – Supply Resilience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of collaborative projects, assisting members in prioritizing, setting objectives, and achieving results that align with BioPhorum’s strategy and governance.

• Organize engaging and inclusive meetings that foster discussion, highlight specialist expertise, and cultivate relationships among manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Define deliverables, oversee timelines, track progress, and ensure workstreams remain focused on their goals.

• Convert complex scientific, technical, operational, and regulatory information into clear and accessible outputs.

• Produce publications, practical guidance documents, proof of concepts, business cases, benchmarking tools, and presentations for conferences.

• Facilitate discussions on supply chain risks, demand planning, traceability, digital transformation, materials of concern, and business continuity.

• Organize and lead virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and industry events.

• Track participation, recognize emerging challenges, maintain momentum, strengthen relationships, and enhance member satisfaction.

• Convey member insights, illustrate BioPhorum's value, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the collaborative strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a relevant scientific field, or an equivalent scientific education and background that facilitates confident engagement with complex life sciences issues.

• Proven experience in the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs, or a similar technical environment.

• Experience in managing projects, programs, or change initiatives, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operational excellence.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, encompassing influencing, trust-building, adapting communication styles, and engaging diverse groups.

• Capability to facilitate constructive discussions, extract information, and assist groups in reaching decisions.

• Proficiency in synthesizing complex information and clearly communicating it to various audiences using straightforward language.

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and deadlines.

• Strong judgment, initiative, a bias toward action, and adaptability as priorities shift.

• Interest in supply chain resilience, risk management, digital transformation, sustainability, and the challenges facing the global pharmaceutical industry.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and growing organization.

• Willingness to undertake at least two trips within the UK and two international trips each year.
