This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote and sell TTM Technologies products while serving as the primary liaison for assigned key global and international accounts.
• Identify and nurture strategic accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and seek new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with global C&C accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and boost annual sales, including C&C-controlled business.
• Provide indirect leadership and guidance to fellow sales team members.
• Collaborate globally with management, Purchasing, Global Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Quoting Centers.
• Manage and foster critical partner relationships, delivering professional leadership, coordination, and strategy for global accounts.
• Engage in customer business reviews, negotiations, and daily support activities.
• Relay customer initiatives, requests, capacity and technology needs, comments, and action items to TTM management.
• Ensure follow-through on customer commitments and action items until completion.
• Address customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and business opportunities.
• Monitor TTM performance and drive enhancements in collaboration with site-level management.
• Assist with negotiation spreadsheets, conduct research for QBRs, and participate in related C&C activities.
• Guide and support TTM sales efforts at regional locations.
• Take part in negotiations and QBRs at customer-designated sites.
• Present information to customers, TTM management, and support teams.
• Recommend and provide tailored solutions for customers.
• Communicate customer initiatives, capacity demands, and technology requirements to TTM divisions globally.
• Collaborate with accounting, engineering, production, customer service, and other teams to address business challenges.
• Provide quarterly updates on C&C-controlled business performance.
• Work alongside the C&C team to authorize customer rebates.
• Support special projects and initiatives assigned by TTM management.
• Prepare written communications for customers, employees, and management.
• Travel internationally to support North America, Europe, and Asia through calls, conferences, emails, and other forms of communication.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with sales experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required knowledge of Printed Circuit processing and material technology.
• Familiarity with industry certifications and requirements across various market segments is essential.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
• Strong written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
• Proficient with Windows Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Understanding of Printed Circuit Board manufacturing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape for PCBs is important.
• Capability to comprehend technical needs and devise strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high workload volume.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% and stay away from home for extended periods.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to EAR regulations.
• Strong decision-making and interpretation capabilities are essential.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance and customer service/support that exceeds expectations.
• Ability to resolve practical issues with limited standardization.
• Proficiency in managing conflict situations with both internal and external customers.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and respond swiftly to urgent requests.
• Compliance with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, as well as applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations, is mandatory.
