Global Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the direct sales of Flex's offerings to targeted accounts.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide management with insights to assess sales prospects and drive strategic account growth throughout EMEA.

• Coordinate the GAM/Site handshake on FOL, which includes managing MOH movement, forecasting accuracy, VAM %, and IDL/DL% of VAM.

• Achieve growth while maintaining a Sugar Pipeline.

• Cultivate and manage executive-level customer relationships and address any resolutions needed.

• Finalize commercial negotiations and client pricing adjustments, including the recovery of labor indexing and inflation costs.

• Optimize COP and encourage site focus on efficiency initiatives.

• Manage segment relationships and ensure smooth information flow to foster growth through pan-Flex contributions.

• Oversee contract renewals, modifications, and ongoing maintenance.

• Support customer satisfaction and Viewpoint scoring across all sites.

• Enhance communication and promote best practices across multiple sites.

• Ensure client programs are executed per contract stipulations and achieve key KPIs.

• Manage E&O and claims effectively.

• Monitor business risks and report them to the Flex business as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales/account management.

• Familiarity with Flex sales CRM systems – Sugar and ViewPoint.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address practical challenges and navigate various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.

• Capable of interpreting written, oral, diagram, or schedule-form instructions.

• This role is based in one of Flex's locations in the UK or Ireland.
