• Oversee the GIS ticket queue and assist internal users.

• Examine and rectify potential data discrepancies utilizing plant drawings, maps, aerial and street photographs, along with other data sources.

• Incorporate newly created addresses into systems.

• Review partner address releases against the services and invoices provided.

• Develop and utilize reports, tracking sheets, and automation tools to reconcile address data.

• Validate and integrate address delivery batches into the database.

• Monitor partner releases for pro-rated invoicing.

• Verify partner-delivered addresses against mapping data.

• Ingest as-built records from partners and organic construction.

• Transform CAD formats into structured data for IQGeo and other systems.

• Maintain IQGeo and other record systems as network and plant modifications occur.

• Collaborate with the design team to refresh IQGeo with plant updates.

• Generate and integrate FCC reporting data biannually.

• Utilize database queries and geospatial tools to produce reports for internal stakeholders.

• Post-secondary education in Applied Geography, Geographic Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with GIS/AutoCAD/Network documentation systems.

• At least 2 years of proven experience with spatial data, data entry, and conversion.

• A minimum of 2 years showcasing exceptional project management abilities.

• Familiarity with IQGeo.

• Experience with SQL queries, particularly PostGIS.

• Familiarity with other GIS tools such as ArcGIS Pro is a valuable addition.

• Preferred industry and GIS/CAD-specific certifications and training.

• Programming experience in Go, Python, and PostGIS is an asset.

• Ability to support internal users exclusively.
