This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Provide virtual patient care in accordance with Oshi's evidence-based care model.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for gastrointestinal conditions, with an emphasis on DGBIs, GERD, and IBD.
• Deliver care via video consultations and chat messaging.
• Work in collaboration with GI physicians, dietitians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.
• Execute coordinated, comprehensive care plans.
• Adhere to ROME IV criteria along with AGA and ACG guidelines.
• Record patient interactions accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Dedicate approximately 30 hours weekly to direct patient care and 10 hours to documentation, meetings, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, clinical program development, and professional training.
• Seek cross-licensure opportunities and uphold good standing with relevant licenses and certifications.
• Valid licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Current certification from ANCC, AANP, or another recognized agency as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 3 years of experience in the gastroenterology specialty within an outpatient environment.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Preferred: licensure in two additional states is desired; candidates must be willing and able to obtain this within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred: familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Zoom, Google Suite, Salesforce, Athena, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: prior experience with telehealth platforms.
• Preferred: comfort in an entrepreneurial or startup setting with evolving workflows and uncertainty.
