This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers currently on a postpaid plan with another provider.

• Encourage them to switch to Claro by presenting promotions, enhanced benefits, and discounts.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding the portability process to Claro.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection required.

• Operating system should be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor must be Core i3, 5th generation.

• At least 8GB of RAM.

• Internet speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Webcam must be operational during training (mandatory).

• Skills: Ability to advise, customer service, client attention, talent attraction, and proficiency in Teams.
