Gestión Técnica SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage the approval processes for new SaaS environments requested by various client areas.

• Validate the technical and functional requirements necessary for configuring and launching new environments.

• Monitor and ensure continuity of the various approval requests throughout the entire process.

• Coordinate requests with the different involved teams, ensuring their proper progression and resolution.

• Maintain direct and daily communication with various technical and management areas.

• Support the client during the incorporation and validation process of new SaaS solutions within their technological environments.

• Cross-functional technical knowledge in systems, cloud, and programming environments.

• Experience or knowledge related to SaaS solutions and technological environments.

• Ability to understand and validate technical requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

• Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to navigate high-demand work environments.

• A profile oriented towards both technical and management aspects, capable of serving as a connection point between different areas.
