German Speaking Simulation Specialist – Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately, reliably, and professionally deliver a wide range of trained and certified simulation scenarios in line with educational objectives.

• Utilize Mursion’s proprietary technology to portray diverse perspectives.

• Lead reflection debriefs with a variety of learners.

• Provide fair and balanced feedback to learners, along with precise performance evaluations.

• Complete operational tasks such as forms and attendance records.

• Adapt swiftly to changing technologies.

• Welcome participants during learner sessions, explain logistics, answer queries, and facilitate reflections.

• Set and uphold established learner policies and expectations.

• Safeguard learner privacy and comply with the Code of Conduct.

• Organize and manage schedules related to availability, sessions, and work-related commitments.

• Prioritize session delivery, training, internal meetings, and assigned responsibilities according to deadlines.

• Adhere to communication expectations, internal policies, and intellectual-property guidelines as per delivery-team availability protocols.

• Aim to maintain an average of 80%+ in service-delivery billing hours.

• Ensure equal practice opportunities for diverse learners.

• Accurately complete learner-experience feedback forms in a timely manner.

• Foster a welcoming, customer-service-oriented environment that reflects Mursion's values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional actor.

• Improv experience is highly preferred.

• Proficient in both German and English at a native level, capable of delivering scenarios in both languages.

• Experience in customer-facing roles outside of professional acting, ideally in customer service or hospitality.

• Availability Monday through Friday from 12am–8am Eastern Time.

• Open for 20–30 hours of work per week.

• Must be able to independently and timely complete a paid training plan of 65–85 hours within a span of 4–6 weeks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• A private and quiet workspace with a robust and stable internet connection.

• A wired internet connection is mandatory.

• Required internet speed of 20 Mbps for downloads, with a recommendation of 100+ Mbps.

• Required internet speed of 5 Mbps for uploads, with a recommendation of 15+ Mbps.

• Residency must be in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia.
