This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist managers in client engagement, ensuring information is precise and delivered promptly.
• Aid the sales process by evaluating service-scope feasibility and addressing concerns as needed.
• Offer guidance for implementation and go-live processes while ensuring the use of automation and adherence to standards.
• Lead projects that enhance customer satisfaction and improve business performance.
• Provide daily functional support to operational payroll teams.
• Maintain the Country Solution workbook.
• Manage the legislation roadmap, enhance the team's skills on upcoming changes, and revise processes accordingly.
• Address technical and functional issues raised by the team, ensuring system defects are accurately reported and ticketed.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products on automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with year-end deadlines.
• Identify potential upsell opportunities.
• Assist management with client escalations and document lessons learned.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Accurately complete time recording in a timely manner.
• Engage in team meetings, bring issues to the Operations Manager's attention, and remain updated on HR announcements.
• Cultivate relationships across various business lines.
• Participate in assigned projects.
• Monitor performance based on SLA attainment, quality standards, innovation adoption, reduced escalations, professionalism, and effective communication.
• Valid work authorization in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship from Strada.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in payroll administration within an HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate setting.
• Expert understanding of payroll processes, practices, and relevant legislation.
• Strong familiarity with payroll inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other payroll integrations.
• Capability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate and work autonomously while following established processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Payroll certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing small to medium-scale projects is desirable.
• Ability to recognize and appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information.
