German Customer Service Advisor – 3-6M Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for our esteemed customers.

• Provide product recommendations and resolve order-related issues.

• Interact with customers through live chat, phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

• Strive to meet achievable departmental goals while ensuring high-quality service at every touchpoint.

• Communicate with customers daily in a courteous and professional manner.

• Offer product guidance and address general customer service inquiries.

• Collaborate with colleagues and various departments to improve customer service experiences.

• Leverage continuous training to enhance product knowledge and deliver exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new competencies.

• A professional, amiable, and diligent individual.

• Remote position (UK Based).

• Availability to work a shift rotation between 8 am-8 pm, including 1 in 3 weekends.
