This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead the strategic management of assigned health accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop influence maps, stakeholder analyses, and strategic action plans.
• Identify barriers, opportunities, and risks related to access and positioning.
• Direct strategies for the inclusion and maintenance of products in therapeutic algorithms and care processes.
• Coordinate activities with Hospital Pharmacy, healthcare managers, clinicians, and regional organizations.
• Prepare access proposals, technical documentation, and local adaptations of the value dossier.
• Participate in access meetings with health decision-makers and opinion leaders.
• Informally lead multifunctional territorial teams.
• Align actions with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
• Manage strategies and follow up on tenders, public contests, and framework agreements.
• Engage in public openings of strategic files and monitor their impact.
• Design and promote value-oriented projects aimed at efficiency, health outcomes, and improved care.
• Coordinate consultants, healthcare managers, clinicians, and internal teams on projects.
• Measure the results and impact of initiatives.
• Oversee returns, logistical issues, and administrative processes related to accounts.
• Analyze the economic evolution of accounts and optimize resources.
• Collect and share clinical, care-related, and market insights.
• Analyze trends and organizational, regulatory, or budgetary changes.
• Support strategic decisions through information analysis.
• Bachelor's or Degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in roles related to healthcare management, Market Access, hospital KAM, or strategic account management in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of the National Health System and regional structures.
• Familiarity with regional access processes.
• Understanding of Hospital Pharmacy and medication evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of public procurement, tenders, and framework agreements.
• Awareness of regional and hospital access dynamics.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment and pharmaceutical compliance.
• Scientific-clinical knowledge of the therapeutic areas of responsibility.
• Basic financial management knowledge as applied to health accounts.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
