Gerente de Proyecto Junior – Contrato a término fijo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Plan, lead, coordinate, control, and conclude assigned projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and commitments made to clients.

• Manage communication with clients and stakeholders through follow-up meetings, progress presentations, and commitment management.

• Oversee project risks: identify, assess, document, and monitor risks, while defining and implementing mitigation plans.

• Administer technical, administrative, and contractual documentation, including engineering documents, minutes, deliverables, and supports for client acceptance and billing.

• Supervise and control the comprehensive execution of projects, coordinating various areas and multidisciplinary teams.

• Monitor performance through indicators and management tools, keeping control systems, schedules, executive reports, and records up to date.

• Manage deviations, changes, and non-conformities by leading corrective and preventive actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial, Systems, Electronics).

• Experience in roles related to projects, operations, or support.

• Knowledge in project management.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Intermediate English (desirable).
