This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage audits.

• Follow up on product improvements, whether predefined or not.

• Coordinate with Technology teams for the implementation of enhancements.

• Address incidents on the platform or with clients, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in sessions with Management to review progress, incidents, and their status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles within fintechs, neobanks, and/or banking.

• Strong knowledge of credit products for SMEs.

• Understanding of agile culture.

• Mastery of banking regulations.

• Proactive attitude.

• Results-oriented focus.

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
