This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
• Formulate annual marketing plans and adapt regional and global strategies into locally relevant programs and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive activities, and growth prospects.
• Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring alignment of investments with business objectives and measurable results.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on market priorities, pipeline requirements, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
• Create integrated demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI.
• Present marketing plans, results, insights, reports, and recommendations to Sales and regional leadership teams.
• Work with Channel Sales and strategic partners on collaborative marketing initiatives and partner engagement.
• Assist in partner events, campaigns, communications, and co-marketing efforts.
• Enhance brand awareness and positioning throughout the market.
• Tailor global and regional content for local audiences.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies on digital marketing, content creation, PR, social media, customer communications, and brand initiatives.
• Plan and implement calendars for industry events, customer gatherings, partner activities, trade shows, and executive engagements.
• Assess sponsorship and event opportunities and refine event strategies.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including managing marketing programs within the region.
• Robust experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales organizations and facilitating demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Experience in channel/partner marketing is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing events, digital campaigns, content, and integrated marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of the regional business landscape and B2B customer dynamics.
• Proficient in managing marketing budgets and evaluating marketing ROI.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a global or multinational organization is advantageous.
• Spanish: Native proficiency.
• English: Professional fluency required, with the capability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
