📋 Description

• Lead and comprehensively manage district operations.

• Define, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical plans aligned with corporate objectives.

• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators: sales, market share, profitability, coverage, and productivity.

• Lead, develop, and assess the work team.

• Guarantee the proper implementation of corporate policies, processes, and standards.

• Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage the district budget and optimize resource utilization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and local stakeholders.

• Present reports on results and projections to regional management or direction.

• Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and compliance standards.

• Professional degree.

• Minimum of 5 years leading medical visit teams.

• Proficient in Office applications.

• Willingness to travel.
